I got a text message from a client asking why I was not responding to her emails. I skimmed through my inbox, didn't see any from her, nor in spam. But when I search for her first name, then I am shown a list with unread emails. Same thing with other senders and subjects. Why on earth should I be able to search and find unread emails, but the 'inbox' shows no unread email??? ???
I'm using webmail.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
